Add the code to any website
Paste the code once, inside the <head> of your homepage (or of every page). Here is where that is on the most common platforms.
WordPress
Use your theme’s header code setting (in Avada: Options › Advanced › Code Fields, Space before </head>), or add a site-wide header snippet with a plugin such as WPCode.
Shopify
Go to Online Store › Themes › ⋯ › Edit code, open layout/theme.liquid and paste the code just above </head>. Save.
Wix
Go to Settings › Custom Code (under Development & integrations) and add the code to All pages, placed in Head. Your site needs a connected domain.
Squarespace

Questions about local business schema
What is LocalBusiness schema?
LocalBusiness schema is structured data, written in JSON-LD, that tells Google and AI tools your business name, type, address, phone, hours and the areas you serve. It helps them understand and trust your business details.
Will schema get me into the Google Maps pack?
Not on its own. The map pack depends mainly on your Google Business Profile, reviews and distance. Schema supports this by making the details on your website clear and consistent with your profile.
Should I add my Arabic business name?
Yes, if you use one. Adding it as alternateName helps search engines and AI tools connect your English and Arabic brand names.
Which page should the code go on?
Usually the homepage or contact page, or site-wide. If you have several branches, create one schema per branch and add each to its own location page.
Is it safe to add my VAT or trade licence number?
These numbers are already public on invoices and registries, and adding them is optional. Leave them out if you prefer.
Does schema help with ChatGPT and AI answers?
