SEORTIX is an SEO and web development agency, founded in 2019, working remotely with businesses across the GCC, the UK, the US and worldwide. This policy explains what personal information we collect through seortix.com, why we collect it and how we look after it.

We only collect what we need to reply to you and run the website.

• When you contact us: your name, company name, phone number, email address and, if you share them, your website, the service you need, your budget and your message.
• When you browse the site: basic usage data such as pages visited, device, browser and approximate location, collected through analytics cookies.
• When you message us directly: whatever you choose to share by email or WhatsApp.

03How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal or audit.
• To provide the services you agree to buy from us.
• To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
